Questions
Answered plainly.
Is the free tier a trial?
No. It does not expire. Free renders are 480p, watermarked and capped at three logos a day per address, and that is how it stays. The free tier exists so you can judge the output and so the end card gets seen.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. One-off purchases go through Stripe Checkout and the download link is emailed to the address Stripe collects, as well as shown on screen straight after payment.
How long do download links last?
Seven days on a free preview and thirty days on anything paid. The paid page re-issues a fresh link every time you open it, so a stale link is never a dead end inside that window.
Why are there two separate Pro subscriptions?
Because they are different products for different people. Listings Pro at $49/mo is unlimited listings for a real-estate team. Text Pro at $19/mo removes the end card and unlocks HD for someone posting to LinkedIn. Bundling them would mean overcharging one of them.
Do you ever discount?
Never below half price, and only during a launch week. If you see Motionize at 80% off somewhere, it is not us.
What is not included?
Music. We hold no commercial track licence yet, so every render is silent unless you supply your own audio URL. We would rather say that than ship you a video with a track you cannot legally post.
