Terms of Service

Motionize (motionize.com) is operated by Dupliko LLC (“Dupliko”, “we”, “us”). By uploading content to, or purchasing anything from, Motionize, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Motionize converts still images, brand assets, listing content, or text you provide into rendered motion video files (“Outputs”). Free previews are watermarked, capped in resolution and length, and carry a “Motionized” end-card. Paid Outputs remove the watermark and end-card per the product you purchase.
2. Your content and rights
You retain all ownership of the images, logos, text, and other material you upload (“Your Content”). You represent that you own Your Content or have the rights necessary to have it processed and rendered by Motionize. You grant Dupliko a limited license to store, process, and transform Your Content solely to generate and deliver your Outputs. We do not use Your Content to train machine learning models, and we do not sell it.
3. Acceptable use
Don't upload content you don't have rights to, content that is unlawful, infringing, or that depicts real people without their consent for purposes of deception. We may remove content or refuse service that violates this.
4. Payment and refunds
Paid products are one-time purchases or monthly subscriptions, billed via Stripe (or Shopify Billing for the Shopify app). Prices are shown before checkout in USD. If an Output you purchased genuinely wasn't usable, email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Subscriptions can be cancelled any time and remain active through the end of the paid period.
5. Free tier and rate limits
The free tier is rate-limited per IP address (currently 10 job submissions per hour and 3 logos previewed per day) to keep the service usable for everyone. We may adjust these limits at any time.
6. Availability and changes
Motionize is provided on an “as is” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, including specific doors or templates, at any time. We'll try to give notice for anything that affects paid customers.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dupliko's total liability for any claim arising from your use of Motionize is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
