Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Uploaded content. Images, logos, or text you submit to generate a video, stored in Google Cloud Storage. Uploads are deleted automatically after 30 days; free preview renders after 7 days. Paid renders are kept so you can re-download them.
• Purchase information. If you buy an Output, Stripe collects your email and payment details on our behalf. We never see or store your card number. We store your email, the product purchased, and the amount, to fulfil the order and answer support requests.
• First-party analytics. Page views and product-usage events (tool starts, previews rendered, checkouts) are logged with a one-way salted hash of your IP address and browser user-agent, rotated daily. We can't reverse this hash back to your IP. No cookies or device identifiers are set. This is the same pattern our previous static site used, just ported into the new app.
• Early-access sign-ups. If you leave your email on a not-yet-live door (Listings, Shopify, Text), we store the email and the intent you selected, to notify you at launch and nothing else.

What we don't do

• We don't use cookies or browser fingerprinting.
• We don't sell or share your data with data brokers or advertisers.
• We don't use your uploaded content to train AI models.
• We don't load any third-party script except Stripe's, at checkout only.

Where data lives

Uploaded files and rendered Outputs are stored in a private Google Cloud Storage bucket (not publicly accessible; access is only via short-lived signed links). Application data (jobs, orders, analytics events) is stored in a database on our server. Stripe processes and stores payment details under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

Email support@motionize.com to request deletion of your uploaded content, purchase records, or early-access sign-up, and we'll act on it within a reasonable time, subject to what we need to keep for legal/accounting purposes (e.g. paid order records).
